On the quadral axes

To start presenting the quadral axes, I'll first lay some definitions for the Jungian axes:

Logic (T): abstract aspects of a system, how it all fits together
Ethics (F): emotive aspects of human interaction, personal relations
Sensing (S): empirical aspects of present reality, what can be done
Intuition (N): interpretative aspects of non present reality, what could happen

With that being said, I can move on to the definitions:

Coherence (C): making things consistent to facilitate communication

  • Ti: checking the internal consistency of an abstract framework
  • Fe: unifying the mood at a social gathering
  • S-: creating common structures for work
  • N+: creating a common way of understanding the world
Accuracy (A): focusing on particulars to avoid oversimplifying
  • Te: checking how a system would translate into the real world
  • Fi: focusing on personal feelings proper to one person
  • S+: anticipating setbacks to a plan and working around them
  • N-: identifying the limitations of a paradigm
Harmony (H): accepting present conditions to avoid conflict
  • T-: resolving the differences between systems and structures
  • F+: resolving personal conflicts and disagreements
  • Si: tuning the environment to suit personal demands
  • Ne: identifying all potential outcomes and interpretations
Relevance (R): focusing on the most important perspectives in the moment
  • T+: identifying which systems hold the most present potential
  • F-: expressing a particular perspective in an appealing manner
  • Se: exerting influence over the concrete environment
  • Ni: interpreting particular data that holds present importance
Then, it is possible to describe each quadra by combining these elements.

Alpha: Coherence and Harmony, admitting all aspects and integrating them
  • Ti-: checking for how logical inconsistency can be avoided
  • Fe+: creating a welcoming mood for everyone
  • Si-: carefully designing soothing environments
  • Ne+: taking account of all systems in a grand paradigm
Beta: Coherence and Relevance, taking in all aspects to extract the most important
  • Ti+: applying useful rules in the creation of structures
  • Fe-: forming a heavy atmosphere for the transmission of ideas
  • Se-: exerting control over the implementation of projects
  • Ni+: constructing detailed visions with a central idea
Gamma: Accuracy and Relevance, prioritizing particular aspects that hold importance
  • Te+: implementing abstract ideas into innovative projects
  • Fi-: recognizing people with whom there are strong bonds
  • Se+: resisting limiting structures that emphasize trivialities
  • Ni-: isolating those ideas that hold the most promise
Delta: Accuracy and Harmony, appreciating the individuality in each aspect
  • Te-: finding solutions that work for everyone
  • Fi+: relating to people independently of prior bonds
  • Si+: taking precautions against later inconveniences
  • Ne-: envisioning all alternatives and their viability
It is also possible to follow the opposite process and find a new set of sub-elements:

Abstract
  • Ci+: designing complete systems that harbor no contradiction
  • Ae-: prioritizing ideas according to how applicable they are in the moment
  • He-: building new systems from any set of ideas
  • Ri+: synthesizing paradigms that can have a visible impact
External
  • Ci-: building congruent structures in relation to achievable goals
  • Ae+: building workable projects that take account of setbacks
  • Hi-: balancing different demands for specific features in a design
  • Re+: controlling the most important details of a project
Involved
  • Ce-: setting clear rules for group interactions
  • Ai+: working with uncomfortable feelings against social pressures
  • Hi+: mediating personal struggles that hamper well being
  • Re-: dominating the social space in the expression of a perspective
Internal
  • Ce+: expressing a framework that binds everyone together
  • Ai-: identifying where frameworks fail to encompass personal feelings
  • He+: finding deep meanings from any individual perspective
  • Ri-: presenting inner visions in an intense manner
